Exchange Students - Växjö university

How to apply
The admission of international students is granted to those students who are qualified to the chosen course of study and recommended by their home university on an exchange basis. This means that Växjö University must have a formal exchange agreement with the student's home institution.

Applications
Applications should be made through the home university and sent to Växjö University not later than:

  · May 1, 2007 for the 2007 Autumn semester
  · October 1, 2007 for the 2008 Spring semester

For students applying after these dates housing cannot be guaranteed. All student exchanges will be coordinated through Växjö University’s International Office:

Are you an American studying in Växjö?
- Apply for the John Glarner Memorial Grant.

Växjö University hereby offers a grant for American students in memory of John Glarner. John Glarner (1945-1996) was American lecturer and international coordinator at Växjö University.

The grant is awarded to promote contacts with Växjö University´s collaboration partners and to strengthen cooperation between the USA and Sweden. You are eligible for the grant if you are an American exchange student studying at Växjö University in the academic year 2006/2007. The grant is for SEK 5.000. Applications shall be submitted no later than May 1, 2007.
